吐珠類煙花制作工藝流程

吐珠類煙花,又叫羅馬燭光.一般為細長筒狀煙花或槍式煙花,利用發射藥從發射筒（管）中發射出去,一發接一發,有不同效果:有的吐出一顆顆彩色光珠,有的爆發出許多彩珠,有的帶有哨聲或爆炸音.

下面介紹如何制作吐珠類煙花
Step 1. Cutting cardboard based on dimension on the drawing or requirement from customer.
第1步:切紙(根據圖紙尺寸或客人要求)

Step 2. Rolling tube.The purpose of this is to reinforce the tube so that the charge shoots up and out of the tube rather than splitting the cardboard open
第2步:卷筒(即將平板紙張卷成圓柱形狀,基本尺寸有內徑,外徑與長度.目的是加強筒子強度,以利火藥射出,而不至于爆裂紙張.)

Step 3. Drying tube in the sun or oven.clear out water.
第3步:曬筒或烘干筒子（去水分）

Step 4. Filling clay.The point is to seal the tube so that the charge moves up and out of the tube rather than escaping through the bottom
第4步:打泥底（封住筒子底部以便火藥從筒子頭部射出,而不是從底部)

Step 5.Run the fuse down the tube to the clay plug; Add a layer of black powder;Add star composition depending on the effect you want;Press tissue paper or sawdust or a small amount of clay on top of the ball
第5步:布引線,裝發射硝與亮珠,用紗紙或鋸木屑或少量泥封頂

Step 6.Labeling

Step 7.Factory tests Roman Candle
第7步:工廠自檢

Step 8.Pack into carton and keep them in the warehouse after inspection result is “pass”, and waiting for final inspection from customer.
第8 步:工廠自檢通過后裝箱入庫,待客人驗貨
